First day of spring training!!! Seriously, I need to lose weight BAD. Okay, so here's my accountability:

7 a.m. 1 liter H20

2 Metabolife

Bowl of cottage cheese

2 FF graham crackers

12 p.m. 1 liter H20

1 rice patty

1 small can of corn (160 cal.)

4 p.m. 1 package raisins (130 cal.)

Granola bar (180 cal.)

1 liter H20

2 Metabolife

So far, so good. I will go tan and work out pretty soon, and put my checks in the bank so I can pay some bills. Good luck Melissa!
